Balance and Recharge

They are used to activate and renew offer benefits. The offer is renewed on a recurring basis according to the customer's credit balance and the validity and concession of the benefits are proportional to this balance. If, at the end of the period of validity, the customer has no balance, he must make a recharge to have new benefits.

Benefits

The benefits of this offer are valid for use within the TIM network only. Voice benefits are valid for calls to SMP, STFC SME carriers with an individual subscriber profile. SME operators with individual subscriber profile: Nextel.

Reference speed

Internet access with reference speed for browsing up to 1Mbps for 3G network access and up to 5Mbps for 4G network access.

Concession

If the client consumes 100% of his internet concession, he should access the portal meuplano.tim.com.br or the phone browser to renew the concession if there is a free balance remaining and proportional to at least one day of offer. Upon access, the balance will be automatically converted into new benefits with their respective validity.

Validity

Offer valid until 29/02/2020. When you activate, all old offers will be canceled. All amounts shown in this summary are promotional and valid until 29/02/2020. For more information, see the regulation.
