Balance and Recharge

They are used to activate and renew the offer benefits. The offer is renewed automatically, depending on the customer's credit balance. The validity and volume of the benefits granted are proportional to the available balance. If, at the end of the validity period, the customer has no credit, a recharge will be required to receive new benefits.

Internet access with browsing speeds of up to 1 Mbps on 3G and up to 5 Mbps on 4G networks.

Internet allowance

If the client uses 100% of their internet allowance, they should access the portal meuplano.tim.com.br or open the browser on their phone to renew the allowance—provided they have a remaining balance equivalent to at least one day of the offer. Upon access, the available balance will be automatically converted into new benefits, each with its respective validity.
