The Whistleblowing Channel is a proactive and transparent communication tool for reporting breaches, omissions, irregularities, nonconformities, and any noncompliance with the Code of Ethics, policies and legislation that may cause harm to the Company's activities, employees, shareholders and other interested parties.
TIM Brasil provides a communication channel in which administrators, employees, consultants, service providers, partners, third parties, suppliers and any other citizen, agency or company can electronically register their whistleblowing online, maintaining anonymity and safety.
Registration is done from a specially developed form to get as much information as possible. You do not have to identify yourself and you can track the status of the whistleblowing record by the protocol number that is provided when submitting the complaint.
The system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In order to strengthen and ensure communication with employees and other stakeholders in matters related to reports and irregularities, TIM contracted an independent system for the management of whistleblowing received in its Whistleblowing Channel.
